Is Visor’s Jira and Salesforce integration free?
Visor is totally free to get started with. There is no paywall for integrating with Jira or Salesforce. You can create Gantt charts and spreadsheets using your connected SaaS data for free (up to 250 records). Check out Visor’s pricing information for more info.
What makes Visor’s bi-directional integration different?
Visor connects to both Jira and Salesforce bi-directionally; this means that you can import data from these apps and push out changes to these apps from Visor. Therefore, you can push data to Jira and Salesforce; you just need to make sure that the way your data is formatted in Visor is compatible with the apps you’re working with.
How is Visor’s spreadsheet different than Excel?
Visor is an integration-first platform, which means that our spreadsheets are first and foremost designed to sync with SaaS apps like Jira. You can import your nested Jira data and share data with stakeholders who don’t have access to the apps your teams use. Visor accepts over 75 types of Jira fields. With both Jira and Salesforce, Visor will import the dropdown selections and respect the details of your data.

Can I make a Gantt Roadmap with Visor?
Visor allows you to visualize the data you have in apps like Jira and Salesforce; this includes making Gantt charts. Visor’s Gantt view allows you to share project plans that stay in sync with your source of truth.
How does Visor’s pricing work?
The Free plan supports a powerful set of features and is available for free for any number of collaborators without time limits. The plan is limited in the number of workbooks, views, connections, and sync credits that you are allowed to use, as listed above.
If you want to access premium features and increased limits, you can upgrade your workspace to either the Pro or Ultimate plan. Once upgraded, you’ll be able to create more workbooks with more views, make more connections, and perform more syncs. Note that the billing is based on the number of Editors you want to be able to make changes to your workbooks. All of our plans support unlimited viewers, so you can share your workbook with as many team members as you want.
Is Visor a Jira or Salesforce plug-in?
No, Visor is not a plug-in that works in Jira or Salesforce. Rather, you can import Jira and Salesforce data into Visor’s spreadsheet. From there, you can push out changes to your SaaS apps (e.g., Jira and Salesforce) and visualize your data before sharing with others.
Does Visor support JQL and SOQL?
Yes, you can use Visor’s basic Jira and Salesforce importer. Or, if you want to run more advanced queries, you can use Visor’s JQL and SOQL importer.
