Visor and Smartsheet share a lot of similarities, but Visor gives you more in their free plan than Smartsheet does in their $12 dollar a month per user Pro plan.

Conversely, Smartsheet’s Jira integration is available only as a premium add-on, which means users seeking to integrate Smartsheet with Jira face considerable up-front and ongoing costs.
To integrate Jira with Smartsheet you also need to be on their Business level plan which costs $24 per user per month. This is in addition to the annual cost of the Jira integration and the one time implementation fee.
